Domus Ventilation to Speak at London Build on The Importance of Indoor Air Quality Domus Ventilation to Speak at London Build on The Importance of Indoor Air Quality

Domus Ventilation returns to London Build this year (16-17th November at Olympia London) with a new stand and, for the first time, will be participating in one of the on-stage speaking events: The Importance of Indoor Air Quality.

As one of the UK’s market-leading manufacturers of ventilation systems that save energy and improve indoor air quality, Domus Ventilation was keen to address the issue of Indoor Air Quality at the event, and pushed for its inclusion in the speaking programme.  The Importance of Indoor Air Quality is scheduled to run on 17th November, 13:30– 14:20 on the Sustainability Stage.  It will feature Paul Williams, Product Manager at Domus Ventilation, along with Paolo Zilli, Associate Director of Zaha Hadid Architects and Simon Corbey, Director for the Alliance for Sustainable Building Products.

The Domus Ventilation stand at London Build will feature the company’s range of ventilation solutions, including a preview of the new Zeus Mechanical Ventilation with Heat Recovery (MVHR) system.  A key conversation focus of the stand will be on Domus ducting and the NOX-FILT.

Domus Ventilation duct systems have been designed to work in harmony as part of central ventilation systems and has been third party tested for end-to-end system performance.  They make for a more energy efficient and easier to specify ventilation systems, along with improving indoor air quality.  Domus Ventilation ducting is available as flat channel, round pipe, and Radial semi-rigid duct system and comes with a range of problem-solving accessories, including Domus Green Line Rigid Duct Bends, Domus Duct Sound Attenuators, Domus Thermal ducting insulation and the innovative NOX-FILT.

The NOX-FILT works on the supply leg of the ducting system of a mechanical ventilation system and prevents up to 99.5% of NO² pollution from entering a home.  There are two units in the range with the second one having the added benefit of a PM2.5 pre-filter.  With London being one of the most polluted places in the UK and the main area failing to comply with the legally binding limits set by the EU, Domus Ventilation is expecting considerable interesting in its NOX-FILT.

This year’s London Build has so far attracted over 35,000 visitor registrations who will be presented with 350+ exhibitors and 500+ inspiring speakers across eight conference stages. More than just an exhibition, London Build has a range of networking events, an Architect’s Hub with project displays and 3D models of upcoming projects from leading architects, over 200 hours of CPD training and education, and a Meet the Buyers section.
